*ugh!* Sorry to hear about stuck in long-term warehouse and that sales are down for ya

Glad to hear enrollment picked back up so that you can be teaching the same course load.
I've been meaning to reach out to Donna, but keeps slipping my mind. I think of it in middle of night and then in daytime hours I've got mind on all the stuff I need to be doing. Spent basically most of the past month working on a used car I bought (a little ford fiesta hatchback).
Added tow baseplate on front so I can tow it with box truck, along with all the other bits (permanently installed braking system for use when towing, battery disconnect switch, etc) and added a hitch on back because, why not? Since I'm having to do wiring to rear lights for towing it, might as well do a hitch and wiring for a hitch while I'm at it

Between the researching of what to order, how to install it, ordering and waiting for parts to arrive, and actually doing it, it became quite the project *lol*
Other skills I've acquired this year include upping my cooking game with online cooking classes, and learning how to refill freon and replace the fan motor and capacitor in central air unit.
Haven't been able to go on a buying trip to New Mexico, what with the Covid thing. I dunno if you heard, but at one point it was so bad out there that they quarantined the town of Gallup, closing off the exit ramps on the interstate and barricading the other highway through town. With no shows, though, not being able to go buy stuff isn't a huge loss. It would be a great time to find some of the nicer pieces of jewelry that are hard to come by, though.
The shows are, of course, completely shut down. And it looks like the shutdown of shows is going to go until next summer. The winter and spring ones are having their meetings in the next couple of months to determine their fate. Was at Houston Rodeo when the hammer dropped in March and the show had basically just started. Spent the next three months, all day, every day, trying to get pandemic unemployment processed by the state offices here. I finally got it by joining numerous others at the doors of the administrative offices at the capital. It's disgraceful what a mess the unemployment offices & system have become. Even today I see stories of people who have been out of work since March and are still trying to get their unemployment; meanwhile, they're getting further and further in debt and closer and closer to eviction. Smh
BTW, the chef that teaches the online classes I've been doing has several free videos out there, if you're interested. Most of his videos are on facebook, but some are on youtube as well. Chef Todd Mohr. Facebook videos are at
https://www.facebook.com/Chef.Todd.Mohr/videos/ His whole thing is teaching methods and no recipes allowed, with the exception of baking (since you have to have specific ratios of ingredients for baking).
