Almost every single site I visit (for purchasing) has a chat window pop up asking me if I need help or would like to speak with an online agent.

Hmmm, wonder why my pop up blocker doesn't block them?

Anyway...to be honest, yes I've used them to ask questions and actually asked for a discount code via the chat window and received a discount code.

It's interesting to say the least and from my own experience see it more and more
