This makes at least the third time that Crabby's site has been hacked. I think he's been targeted directly.

I've never used that host but when I do hear something about them it seems it's usually not good.

There are clearly some hosting companies that fight hacking more than others.
My primary reason for abandoning My Space in favor of Facebook was that while both sites get targeted, Facebook's security team is far more visible and far more aggressive so your chances of getting hit there is less.
