With?
I hadn't been there in awhile and it made me create a PIN but my stuff looks OK and the forum at zendesk is up.

I went earlier today and there was no html in the site - it was an index.   I saw a few references on the net that things had been shaky.

When I logged in a few minutes ago I had to create a new pin number also but, other than that, things seem to be the same...

I've been in the forums without incident.  I noticed on thread where folks were having image problems, but they were fixed.

No problems here.  I did have to create a pin # earlier today (yesterday) but have uploaded photos and scheduled listings and they launched just fine.  Forum seems OK too.

What did the references mean by "shaky"?? Always get a little nervous when I hear things like that.  Guess I had better back up to Turbo Lister again!

When I googled inkfrog (to get the link to see if I'd typed it in wrong, etc) . . . this was the second search result.

I schedule 50+ per day with IF and don't have the problems that many complain about in the Auction Software Review.  When I have had a problem it has always been take care of, very quickly, either by submitting a support ticket or emailing Greg.

Yeah, that was why I just clicked away and went to a competitor.   Deja Vu.

I'm glad to hear from Stone that things are still alive and well there, though.

Well, Stone, you have clout  :laugh;)

My issues, although admittedly few, were responded to ALWAYS with "reboot, clear cache," then ignored.  No matter how many tickets I sent in, they were ignored after the initial cursory response.

Not sayin' they're not good...for some people.  And I stay with them for the price.  I used to get help (when needed) from the forums.  Now I ask you or Shelley for help.

Just my .02.
