FBA sellers are now able to petition for strikethrough of customer feedback ratings for Amazon-fulfilled orders.  If you have received feedback on an FBA order regarding a fulfillment-related issue or customer service-related issue, you may submit a Contact Us form to request to have Technical Account Management review and "strike through" the customer's rating. If any portion of the comment applies to the seller or the condition type (New, Used etc.) of the product, the rating will remain.

OK, so if Amazon screws up and takes two months to ship an expedited order, you don't get the ding.

But if someone else sends a used item and Amazon ships it out, you get the neg?

Fred, are you referring to Amazon sellers using stickerless inventory?  That is one of the reasons I use stickered. It's an extra step, but I know the product being shipped out is the stuff i sent in, and not some horribly shelfworn, beat to heck package. That doesn't mean Amazon wouldn't ship something right out that got damaged in shipping, but at least I know it left my house in great shape.

We used stickered.  It doesn't matter.   When we had inventory returned to us we received some without stickers and some with other merchants stickers.   I think once it's there, it's comingled regardless.
