How do I search for books sold by the same seller on Amazon to save shipping? I have several books that I am looking for from the same author and would like to buy as many from one seller as possible to save shipping on books that aren't going to cost over a $1 a piece.

So far I have done a search on the book title and am going through each seller on the list to see if they are selling the titles I am looking for. It is taking forever and my "Hi-Speed" connection is getting bgged down.

Any suggestions would be appreciative.

It's just plain annoying....sorry but it is. That share button in the middle of the page where I roll over it all the time and it unfolds that menu for you Bookmark and Share....I am constantly having it open everytime I come to this site because I am on a laptop and guess where my mouse is usually sitting.....right!   ???

Can't someone please move it to the side or something? PLEASE!!!!!!!

Which would you rather own? I'm looking to get another domain name for some new projects and .net is available in what I think I want but I always shied away from .net as a extension for a domain name.

What does any one think?

Thanks!

* Great Deals / Giveaway of the Day - All My Books
« on: June 09, 2008, 08:50:42 AM »
For all you book lovers who have a big library....Do you love to read? We hope you do. We made a special software for all book lovers and book collectors. With All My Books™ you will never forget where your favorite Harry Potter book is.

Organize your collection of paper books into an electronic library. Track loaners and locate every book in just seconds.
Add books easily without typing full details: All My Books gets information about the book from the Internet automatically.

Group and browse your collection of books by title, author or publisher, or run a quick search by any field. You can even define your own fields to label the books, such as comments or memos, and search them later.

What use would be an electronic book organizer if you had to spend hours to catalogue your entire collection?
All My Books does not ask you about every little detail about the book. Instead, it implements a revolutionary way to create and organize your collection. Just enter the book’s title or ISBN number from the back of the book, and All My Books will retrieve the rest of the data automatically from the Internet.

All My Books tracks the books from your collection with the built-in loaner manager.
Giving a book away? Just put a quick note on who took it, and All My Books will record the date automatically. Even better, All My Books will remind you of that book when the time comes! With the loaner manager, you’ll be able to stay tuned on who took your books and when. You will never lose a loaned book again.

Have a GREAT day, ya'll........... :077

* Everything eBay / Encrypted (?) Bidder name on eBay?
« on: June 06, 2008, 07:43:29 PM »
I have been bidding on some items and lately I have noticed on eBay that the auctions that have a bidder on it has the highest bidder encrypted (for lack of a real meaning) like this 5***h, s***7, so on. I look mine up when I'm not logged in and it isn't any different....unless it isn't showing on my computer.

Anyone else notice this? If it happened long ago and since I haven't been doing hardly anything on eBay, please forgive my question..... :?

* General Discussions / I have a very COOL job!
« on: March 05, 2008, 09:54:26 AM »
Hi everyone! Finally been able to give an update of what life has dealt me. Many of you know that I moved from Houston TX to Alamogordo NM to be with my younger sister. When she unexpectedly passed away, we continued with our plans to move here. We have been here since the end of September and have not regretted coming here. We sold the house in TX and after 15 months on the market, managed to drop the price down to where we got only $4.61 fir a profit..... Trust me, it's funny to us. We were heading into forclosure and 3 days before they were going to board up the house, a buyer came in with a contract.  :0191 That's a whole different joke.... :(

Anyway, we were doing fine until hubby thought we needed to get a job. Well, we found the coolest job in the world for people who want to just throw caution to the wind and live out of an RV. We are camp hosts for the 3 Rivers Petroglyphs site in Tularosa New Mexico. We will be starting in May and are very anxious.

We have spent the past 5 months getting to know the area and visiting all the site-seeing areas. My sister certainly didn't tell me what a beautiful site this part of our country is. Everyday, we find a different place to hike and a different place to see. We hardly are ever available for the many friends we have made here in the RV park.

When hubby retired and I told him we needed to "pare down" he didn't think I meant to go from a 2300 sq. ft. home to a 290 sq ft RV....

We absolutley love waking up to bright blue skies and sunshine on nearly every day of the month. It will get warm, okay, HOT here but we are enjoying each day we are able to share with everone else.

I'll be around....I still have my eBay business and am looking into making some cool things while working out there. I have so many new ideas that the eBay market hasn't tapped into. I know....get off eBay....it will happen. They plan on building a visitor's center this year out there and I will be able to sell my items out there. I'm excited!!!

 :)

Floyd's new business. I have googled and looked at all kinds of website and can't find something that will help me with the verbage of what I want to write. (So, that came out like I need a language class instead of a writing class...lol)

Floyd has finished his schooling on home inspections. We have his business cards on order and the advertisement for Real Estate magazines and the newspaper. We are getting the phone book ad together and all is going well except for coming up with the New Business introduction letter that we need to send out to the Real Estate offices.

I'm worn out for researching and knew the people here on this board will help me out.  :h0161

Thanks!

* General Discussions / Arrived...unscathed!
« on: October 02, 2007, 07:39:10 PM »
Just to let all those who are worried about me...I arrived safe and sound in Alamogordo, NM safe and sound on Sunday and have been working hard at getting life set up here. It is so slow paced here and it takes 5 minutes to get across town! What a big life change from Houston!

Hubby has so much possibility for jobs here....unbelievable! Uncle Sam wants warm bodies to work on the base here. I am close to the people my sister has touched. I see the places she had told me about and I feel better being here around where she was last. It's hard to explain.

So, thanks for "worrying" but we are where we are suppose to be.  :l0085
