* Amazon Central / Re: Anybody find any great deals via Prime Day?

I'm thinking even Walmart could get a tablet to me sooner than the Sept 15-16 delivery date I got on my "deal"   LOL

I'm just not willing to buy and pay for something today and wait 3 months, give or take, for delivery.  That just doesn't seem like the "deal" of the day to me  LOL

Yeah I was about to check out with the Fire 7" HD for $79 until I saw the estimated delivery date:   Estimated delivery: Sept. 15, 2015 - Sept. 16, 2015

September delivery for a deal today???  Really?????  What's up with that?  I will gladly pay you today for a deal I don't get until September 15th?  What a deal??

I got away from ebay and started my own website with 3dcart.  LOVE it.  There's a definite learning curve but they have so many perks and bonuses where SEO, marketing in general, social networks and the like are concerned.  Blog is built is, all the social network buttons, even a facebook store.

Here's a thought, I meant to look into this more myself.  Wordpress.  Check out some of the wordpress stores.  It's amazing and wordpress is quite easy to work with

It's an asus transformer with Win8.1 Donna.  I fired it up because I was so excited when I got it, and me and Windows on a tablet just didn't make a connection.  Haven't used it since, although it's ready to use anytime I feel like giving it another whirl.  Right now time is of the essence for me, it's show season for the cars and I'm day off of a 34 hour day.  I have alot of 24 hour days, 34 was a new record for me at my age.  I sat down about 7 in the evening, woke up at 1 with my mouth hanging open and a stiff neck, went to bed, got up at 5 and started again  LOL  Who knew I went to sleep?  I certainly didn't  LOL

I hate WIN8 myself.  Cannot get used to it to save my life and I have it on a tablet as well and of course I don't use that tablet because of it, so I'm REALLY old dawg I guess.  Why did they skip Window9 comes to mind though?  I'm going to snoop around and see if there's a video or something showing the 10 experience, but I'm never sold on new windows operating systems.  I install and the trouble begins LOL
Reading this made me happy I sweat too much to wear make up, but I'm thinking NAPA, my wiper motors and other auto stores don't really care if I'm purty, they look for the dirt under your nails to determine if you know what you're asking for   LMAO
Maybe people do because it last your sales reports, profit reports, labels and the like?  I don't list on ebay any longer so I know I have to use for any of them, and if I did want to list on ebay I'd just do that through 3dc where my website resides, but, good question.  Haven't thought of any of those services in forever.

I have a 2TB drive that I connect, back up, and disconnect.  Slows my computer down when it wants to search that drive for something, but I've been lost before when suddenly the blue screen of death appears.  Nothing though as drastic as what you describe.  That has got to bite.

My customers seem to love it, it's real quick and it's not confusing.  If you do the 3 page checkout people get going on it, forget where they are and abandon cart.  With paypal express, it's SOOO simple, how can you get confused

I use paypal express on my website, have for several years and given the choice between the multipage page checkout and express (I offer both), 98% of my customers choose express checkout.  Works beautifully, integrates easily, no problems at all.

I LOVE my ZMAX but Tmobile Family plan with Walmart, you cannot use wifi calling no matter if you replace the SIM or not.  If you have just a Tmobile regular account, you can use the wifi calling feature, at least that's how Tmobile support explained it to me.  Call their support and they can send a little signal or something and it makes it where you can use that feature.  Of course I'm on the Walmart friends and family Tmobile (my sister works at walmart so we get a 33% discount on their friends and family package, and I'm NOT complaining about that), but I really wish the wifi calling feature worked as well because I can only hit 2G from inside the house.

Sorry for the hassles with ebay and the phone.  I rarely if ever buy anything off ebay anymore because of all the hassles involved with the sellers.  Ebay needs to drain the swamp, so to speak.
Wow and I just use a magicjack.  Crisp and clear, don't have to have the computer on all the time and can forward my calls to my cell or my google voice number.  $30 a year, I LOVE my phone bill.  Always due in May  LOL

I've gotten 4 months now....I think there's a limit on the extensions though

« on: January 25, 2015, 04:54:56 PM »
Is it just me?  I absolutely cannot get an order here when they say my guaranteed delivery dates are and each package comes from the SC warehouse.  Oh well, this time I'll just say, you missed again, extend that prime one more time   LOL

Probably when they shut down all the other ones listed lower on the page where it says Customers Who Viewed This Item Also Viewed because there's like three pages of them.  Good thing I sold the nerf guns through Christmas year before last before this happened.

Couple bucks in it so far....don't know what to say except I spent several hours running a rug doc over my area rugs and lo and behold someone comes in and trashes them before I can even put the rug doc back in the car to return.  Earned me a couple bucks in the jar  LOL

Now....shall we guess who trashed the carpet????

She'll be 8 months old tomorrow and her vet visit last week says she's 68 pounds.  Five months ago when I brought her home she was 17 pounds.  WOW

Down into the 30s and 40s by Thursday Donna, you'll be in heaven!!  I hear you on the weather though.  My azaleas are blooming, my hostas are blooming my oranges are dropping off the tree and my bleeding hearts don't know what to do.  Although my mimosa tree is all bloomed out as are my Christmas cactuses.  Sure doesn't feel like winter to me.

Curse jar STILL empty.  I can't believe it myself.  I should be going to pirate's mouth withdrawal right now, but instead I'm suffering fox news withdrawal because of the Dish/Fox contract disputes  LOL  And even that didn't make me cuss.            Yet

Love the BF story and the answer couldn't have come at a more opportune time!
