Title: Facebook management service
Post by: springintoscooters on September 12, 2014, 05:40:31 PM
I manage the social media marketing for a friend's business and today he asked me to check out a Facebook management service he saw advertised on CNBC. I checked out their page and found next to no information (never a good sign), I initiated a conversation with a sales rep who said he'd give us 100 followers in our first month for $200. I told him I got at least that many followers my first month of running the page and I didn't charge my friend anything LIKE $200. He then showed me a page for a bridal shop, full of lovely pictures and boring texts. Conclusion: if you're considering promoting your business on Facebook, either do it yourself or ask a friend who likes to surf Facebook and has good responses to his own posts to do it.

Thanks for the info.
AND for going the extra mile and contacting the sales rep.
Sounds iffy to me to say the least.

Your advice is very sound.
As usual.
