Enhancements to the Amazon Feedback Manager

We are pleased to announce the addition of some useful performance  information to the Feedback Manager tool in Seller Central.

The table in the Feedback Manager now includes 3 (three) new columns that indicate whether or not your buyer was satisfied with the service you provided for their order: Arrived on Time, Condition Described, and Courteous Service.

The  buyer’s answer to each question is indicated in the corresponding column. A “Yes” means the buyer was satisfied with that aspect of your performance, while a “No” means they were not satisfied. Answering these questions is optional to the buyer, so answers may not be available for every order. If a dash (-) appears in the column, that means that the buyer did not answer that question. Note also that these columns are only visible to you, the seller, in the Feedback Manager in your account.
