Order Not Received - Shipped by Amazon FBA

I don't have any idea what is going on with the recent increase of refunds to customers.
Reason of all but one: Order Not Received
We're talking double digits in the past month.

I contacted Seller Support and was told that the items show as delivered.
But state to wait the blah 45 blah days blah blah blah.

I know this.
What I wanted them to know is that there is a uptick in the amount of received items being claimed as order not received scamming of Amazon/Sellers and pass along my worries.
Won't do any good, but geeeeesh...if my numbers are up, I can only imagine the big sellers.
