Feedback issue...how the...

Ok, I'm told to 'educate' my buyer about Amazon's feedback policy.

1) Customer has communications blocked from all Amazon sellers.
2) Against Amazon policies to contact customer via phone.

Asked Seller Support when I was told to educate my buyer...how?
When I can't call them and they have communications blocked?

Response: Contact your buyer and educate them of Amazon's feedback polices.
 
Second query: I ask them how and upgrade this case to a Team Leader.
Response: Contact your buyer and educate them of Amazon's feedback polices.

Third query: I ask them how.
Response: I need to contact my buyer and educate them of Amazon's policies.

So just stop whining and contact your buyer and educate them of Amazon's policies.   :h0035

I hear ya.

If I can't get to them, how do I educate them?
I do not understand how in the heck Amazon doesn't realize they are speaking in circles.
