Seller Poll
Amazon seems to be genuinely concerned about the success of my business.

HA!
I wonder how many Amazon had jump on that poll....

Lemme see, I had a pack of candy canes returned to me in a bubble envelope.
Arrived damaged.
Amazon does not want to reimburse me without me having to jump through a myriad of hoops.
Candy Canes. Shipped to me in a bubble envelope.
DUH!

Those brave (and possibly don't have their wits about them)
129.

As noted above, Amazon still doesn't want to refund me on damaged candy canes.
Still.
They've seen the bubble envelop.
They've seen the damaged product.
They've seen the labels.

Nope.
No refund.

I'd best not respond.

The canes were out of the sealed wrapped candy canes.
Damaged to the point of powder in the bottom of the box.
These were Raspberry... So they would've been decent sprinkles for chocolate ice-cream.

Some of the things they now stuff in bubble envelopes is nuts.  I got a lower end propane leak sniffer ($130) and they tossed it in a bubble envelope. Luckily it got here safely.  You'd think a $100+ electronic would be shipped in a box, but noooooo.  Meanwhile, I've had durable, cheap goods, show up in a box. Smh.

I'm buying more and more from sellers that ship themselves, especially if it's a more fragile item.  Bought a DVD set a few weeks ago that I went with the seller that ships themselves over the FBA option because I knew that Amazon would stuff it in a bubble mailer and the case get damaged.  I guess we're going to have to start sending more stuff packaged in boxes to protect them in transit from the warehouses.
