Amazon refunded a customer a purchase from Sept 2017

What?
I had to look at it THREE times to insure I wasn't losing my fuhhhlippin mind.

Yes, that's right.
Customer Support refunded a customer from September 2017.
Amazon fulfilled purchase and shows no tracking info on page from Amazon.

I'm fighting this.
Ticks me off as this is just wrong.

I've noticed this theme more and more on the forums. Amazon reps giving away the store by refunding anything that a customer complains about. It's really sad that we are used as a rental service more than anything.

They stand by their refund.
I am appealing again.

This is just SO wrong.

if they want to refund the customer, fine, but out of their own pocket, not the seller's!   :rule

If you keep appealing the decision, you should be able to get reimbursed because the refund was out of policy.

I have several bones to pick with Amazon right now.
All of them are out of policy and I'm not dropping any of them.

The fluuuuhhhhliping item was expired that Amazon accepted back.
I had to ask to have the item pulled and reviewed.
Because well, duh.

Amazon refunded the customer for an item they purchased in September.
Amazon placed it back in my inventory.
Amazon didn't check to see if item was expired.

All around major FUBAR.

Finally rec'd a refund.
Who is running that place?
A seller should not have to fight these types of issues as hard as I had to.
