If you keep appealing the decision, you should be able to get reimbursed because the refund was out of policy.

According to CNBC, Amazon is raising the price of their Prime memberships again.  Yearly rate will go up to $119, from the current price of $99  :(

Just read my newest issue of Strategic Finance and it had an article on the upcoming S. Dakota v Wayfair court case. Nothing new but it does provide a brief and concise review of the case and its origins.

I've noticed this theme more and more on the forums. Amazon reps giving away the store by refunding anything that a customer complains about. It's really sad that we are used as a rental service more than anything.
