I Thought Amazon Had More Class Than This... Ugh.

http://www.amazon.com/Layered-Deutsche-Reichsbank-signature-Specialty/dp/B014V6EU0Y/

Every single bar this seller has listed is a blatant counterfeit and Amazon lets them do it. ???

And sadly, since Amazon wants the trademark owner to file the complaint, and since that bank hasn't existed since the end of WWII. . .  :-( :(

Even though it's disclosed that it's gold plated over steel, Amazon still shouldn't allow it since it's completely counterfeit.

If Amazon comes down on fakes in purses (as an example) then why are they letting this and others thru.
Just wrong!
Amazon do the right thing and shut this down!

These counterfeits are even sponsored listings, so they're even taking extra money to promote this crap.

I have six investigations going right now against eBay sellers. I contacted detectives in their hometowns and saved copies of all the listings.

Might be time for Amazon to get rid of all currency items whether they be authentic or not.

I would say this is a perfect reason to get rid of the everything else category, but the categories these items are listed in are all over the place.

Doing the right thing, Bobby.
Glad to hear you opened investigations.
That alone should wake Amazon up!

I, too believe that the everything else category should go!
It enables those that aren't approved in categories a side door to upload their items for sale on Amazon.

Speaking of categories...that item was uploaded into Toys & Games catalog section.
Wrong!
