Customers Suck
« on: April 15, 2012, 10:38:42 AM »
I got this email with the title above from a friend:

Quote
I recently sold a tripod on Amazon and shipped it off. The customer
complained that it was rusty and returned it. I could not find a single
bit of rust on the all aluminum tripod.

becuase on amazon ... if it's defective customer gets shipping paid on return and refunded on purchase (at least on FBA stuff)
I think all fba returns are claimed to be defective and when you request it back it's never even been opened! then you got to pay to send it to amazon again to sell it again ... crazy!

I agree, BT.

I recently sent an item back...actually felt kinda pushed to choosing defective by the customer service rep. as reason for return.

I didn't and told the rep that I didn't appreciate the push towards defective when the item wasn't defective.

The item was defective, it just wasn't what the image showed it to be nor matched the description.

I didn't claim damaged and paid for the return shipping out of my pocket.

I believe in kharma...best to be honest.
