Not a bad reimbursement. Got $155 for items that cost me $12.50.

I heard the other day that Amazon is not going to accept bitcoin. Maybe they are going to make their own? I doubt it but you never know with Jeff.

Got a nice little surprise when some of my removal order arrived on my front porch.  Missing 18 units of one product and 7 of another product. Photos attached. Chat support sending this to "an internal team" for investigation into the missing units and have to wait at least 24 hours for a response...

Wanna bet I won't get reimbursed for something that is obviously missing because the package came open during shipment?

Customer orders item via FBA. Amazon fails to deliver. Customer leaves negative feedback. Amazon says "screw you". Amazon leaves feedback as is. Leroy reopens case. Leroy waits for someone who can't speak English to say "screw you".
Yes, Amazon made a deal with Kohls. I am not sure of all the details, but that sounds about right.

Mine looks funky also. I think it might be a glitch. How does your ODR look today?

Great Minds Think Alike.
I read that day before yesterday and book marked to post here.

My only addition to this is that the seller needs to be approved in quite a few categories to move forward.
Most reading the article won't know that.

And then Amazon forums will be lit up with threads with people crying about buying all of this stuff and not being approved to sell.
I'm willing to bet that in most cases, the FBA fee discount isn't going to cover the 15% reduction in price.
I just direct all FBA inquiries to buyer support and give them the phone number. I don't even deal with customer inquiries on FBA transactions. Only time I deal with inquiries is when it is product-related.

Now I can kiss that stupid spreadsheet and all that time researching goodbye!!! I can even see the customer's comments about the product (if they made one). Now I can see just how stupid some people can be.
* Amazon Central / FBA Refund
« on: November 04, 2017, 04:12:04 AM »
I just got a $25 dollar refund (lost in warehouse) for a product I never sold above $12.95 and had selling/FBA fees of a little over $5. Amazon is welcomed to lose everything I own if this is the result.
I have no problem with the 2SV being mandatory. Yes, it can be a pain since every time I close my browser, my history, cookies, cache etc. are all cleaned out. But this is security that makes me sleep easier at night knowing my money isn't going to some Russian or Chinese hacker.

There are a LOT of people whining on the forums about the inconvenience. Basically, they want the freedom to be as irresponsible as they feel like being and expect no consequences for their actions. I mean, if the effort to download an app on the computer/phone or the cost of getting a basic generic cell phone without all the bells and whistles is too much, then maybe they should rethink whether they belong on Amazon.

I know that last part was harsh, but c'mon. They need to take responsibility for their actions and if they want to run an Amazon business, then they need to treat it as such. That includes the IT and security part of it.
Amazon apologize for one of their screw-ups? Say it ain't so!

From your brain...that's where the word came from.

Ha!  :nana
* Amazon Central / Re: Amazon - Prepaid returns on seller-fulfilled items
« on: October 18, 2017, 12:08:52 AM »
I just checked mine and they are still the way I had them before. Unpaid return mailing label, return authorization by me (not automatic). I'm liking that it stayed the same for me so far.

I wonder why there is such a large disparity between adult users of the internet that purchased something online and those that made an international order.
Nope. I haven't seen a dime of the liquidation proceeds. I didn't expect to receive much more than a few dollars. Ten if I was lucky. That's how few items I sent to liquidations.

Yes, that is kind of what I am asking. Smaller (in size) items that are priced at the lower end of the continuum.

Continuum? I haven't used that term in a long time... wonder where that came from???
