I received an email from Amazon (yes I checked headers) yesterday that took me aback.
It stated my payment was on the way.
Wuhhhhht?
Payment drop amount was not the same as my seller dashboard.
Payment drop date was off.
Got with Amazon and they validated it was a legit payment drop.
I questioned it and received screenshots and a much more in depth explanation.

Amazon Services LLC (beta)
Business to Business sale by Amazon and is processed separately by Amazon.
The disbursement date may also be on a different date than your regular disbursement.
Amazon Services LLC makes the payments for transactions in which buyers agree to pay after the shipment of goods or completion of services."

I don't remember signing up for this or if I was given an opt out instead of a sign up.
I'm usually on top of these types of emails that are sign up for this service or opt out.

We have one in Lakeland.
I wouldn't call us rural with close to 175,000 residents.
BUT, we do have excellent access to I-4, airports and trains.

Now Ruskin, FL....used to be rural but has close proximity to rail, major roads, airports and trains.

On Reddit the other day in the FL subreddit a pic was posted of an Amazon plane (similar size as FED EX/UPS) at Tampa International Airport.
How kewl is that?

I've seen them on our local craigslist and on the letitgo app.
They aren't selling for as much but about the same when you take off fee's from eBay/Amazon.

I received requested removal items in bubble out envelopes that should've been in boxes.
Damaged of course.

I believe it would be in Amazon's best interest to remove any negative that is left for an FBA order.
It's smart in the long run.
Buyers don't always know they are buying from a 3rd party seller and believe that if they leave a negative Amazon will swoop in and take care of the purchase.

YAY.
Had one yesterday that was an Amazon Fulfilled and arrived damaged.
Filed for strike thru/removal.
Nope.
Filed a second time.
Nope.
Upgraded to Team Leader.
Finally, yesterday afternoon the team leader...Oh of course that should be struck through...Amazon warehouse shipped the item and it arrived damaged.

Not right that we the sellers have to work through the bots to get this issue taken care of.

Product Review.
A feedback regarding color was recently left for me.
Item has white background.
I checked on 2 iPads, 1 iPad mini, 1 laptop, 1 desktop computer.
All show background of item with a white background.
I can't help customer's settings on their means of viewing Amazon are skewed...the item has a white background.
Customer states item page looks gold.
Whuuuut?
Plus, item delivered late by Amazon.

Removal or strike-thru of feedback.
Nope.

I sent this to issue to jeff.
I pay high fees to Amazon to insure my customers receive their package on time.
And also to insure that I am treated as a priority as a seller.

I hate having to do this, but if he would only look at the 'little' folks selling on his venue, he would understand that we work hard and follow the rules.

Hubbie was talking about the deal with Whole Foods (organic turkey) that Amazon Prime members receive .50 off a lb
Closest Whole Foods is about 45 minutes away from me but I've been meaning to check into the extra discounting for Amazon Prime members.

I can't remember the other because is too full of nonsense info that I have no need for.

Amazon has a new return dropoff location, Kohls, and its free for customers even if they pick "no longer needed" as a return reason

From Reddit Amazon Fulfilled:
I ordered something I didn't like and picked the return option "no longer needed" which usually means I pay for the return shipping back. But this time when printing the label, it gave me an option to return the item for free instead of paying for shipping by dropping it off at KOHLS.
If the public gets educated about this option, maybe it will cut down on the fake returns that people claim as "defective" or "damaged" simply because they wanted a free return label.

Amazon Seller Forums ODR Window Change?

First poster of the thread:
It appears the ODR window has changed today - both short and long term now have the same end date (as of today, Nov 7th both are showing Nov 5th).

Anybody else?

Here is what I see:
Long Term ODR: Aug 8 - Nov 5
Short Term ODR: Sept 7 - Nov 5
