PlunderHere Question?
« on: July 18, 2007, 01:10:18 PM »
Anyone know if I can change my user name?

I'm registered under SexyLingerie and have a $35 credit in my account.  I'm no longer selling lingerie but would like to keep my credit.

Thanks :077

I would suggest e-mailing them, I don't think you can do it yourself.

I used the contact form - hope they can change it for me - would hate to see that credit wasted.

Let us know please, cuz I would like to change mine too. I have to much FancyFlappers linkage out in the search engines, and think I'm starting to compete with myself. PH submits to Google and Froogle and that's not additional linkage I want. I know a sale is a sale, but I'd rather not bury my own site.

I received a reply and was told to open a new account and then let them know I had done this and will transfer the credits to the new account :up

Darn, that keeps me from changing my ID. I have about 20 auctions listed. Why can't they just change it internally somehow? Every other site can.  :m218

Here is the reply I received:

Quote
Hi Danielle,

I haven't figured out how to change id's yet, so ... please re-register for the new name.
And when I can verify that all info is correct and exact, then I will transfer your credits to the new account.

Thanks
Mo

I'm just glad they are moving the credits to the new account and that rates high in my book of customer service cause you sure as heck know what a lace like ebay would tell ya :0195

Maybe they can figure out how to change it in the future!
