FBA negative feedback actually removed

Had two feedbacks last week. One was a product review (immediately removed as per the bot) and the other one was a review on Amazon's poor packaging and the subsequent damage to the book the customer received. Within a few hours, it was struck through.

There is hope for those that have had feedback issues lately. At least we know Amazon hasn't totally given up on removing/striking through unwarranted feedback.

Working on one right now.
My customer has been attempting since April to have it removed.
For some reason, she can't get it removed.
She called Amazon and I'm following up.

I do think this will be worked out.
I have the back-up Buyer Seller Messages to confirm.

Congrats to you on the removals!
I do think there are responsible Seller Support that will do there job...maybe not the first time and possibly not the second...but eventually.
